Q: How do I book an appointment?

A: Our "Contact" tab at the top of your browser, simply send us a message or call us at 519.466.0221


Q: What is your timeline on most projects?

A: Once we receive a deposit. Projects are usually completed within a 2 week time frame. Unless a "rush order" is placed by the client. 


Q: How does your logo design process work?

A: We first begin by discussing the your logo ideas, uses you logo and target market. Than we look at branding colours schemes. We make sure we have collected enough information and data before we begin work on your logo. We try to keep the design process very straight forward with three concept logos, a flat rate of $300. If you’d like to see extra concepts after our initial three concepts, additional hourly graphic design charges will be applied.


Q: What do you charge for Graphic Design?

A: Design jobs are charged by the hour. Graphic design projects are $65/hr. We also bill in 30min increments. If you have small changes to a pre-existing file that takes 10 minutes for a quick update, we will charge the min amount of $32.50.


Q: How do I make a payment on my account ?

A: On the invoice sent to your email. Click on the "Pay with credit card" tab. Payments can also be made by e-transfer to info@electricmarketing.ca or cash or cheque in-store at: Electric Marketing - 142 Cromwell St Sarnia, On. N7T 3X3


Q: What are your business hours?

A: We are by appointment. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday - 10am to 6pm. That being said, don't be shy to poke your head in and see if someone is available.


Q: Do you have a minimum order for Screen Printing?

A: The short answer is yes. We require you to order at least 12 items to be printed per screen printing order.


Q: Can I mix and match my shirt and ink colours on my Screen Printing order?

A: You sure can! Different shirt colours are totally fine as long as the ink colours are the same. You must order at least 12 of each shirt colour (see question above). If we need to change ink colours additional set-up fees will apply.


Q: What are your Screen Printing setup fees?

A: Making your high quality screen is quite the process that takes us several hours to prepare. We strive to be competitive with most online services. We charge a flat rate of $25/screen setup. It's our way of giving back to our loyal customers!
